Custom rotomoulded components for one of the world's most exciting high-performance off-road vehicles, as featured on Top Gear.
The project
Ariel Motor Company, based in Somerset, is renowned for producing lightweight, high-performance vehicles. When they developed the Nomad -- their all-terrain off-road vehicle that would go on to feature on Top Gear -- they needed a manufacturer capable of producing bespoke rotomoulded body components that could withstand extreme conditions.
Our contribution
We manufactured three distinct rotomoulded parts for the Ariel Nomad. Each component was designed to be lightweight yet incredibly durable, capable of handling the punishment of off-road driving at speed. The parts required precise dimensions and consistent quality across every unit produced.
