The challenge
Icon Lifesaver, founded by Michael Pritchard MBE, developed revolutionary portable water purification technology capable of making contaminated water safe to drink instantly. The jerry can housing needed to be robust enough for disaster zones and developing countries, while meeting exacting pressure-testing standards.
Our approach
Working closely with the Lifesaver team, we developed a rotomoulded jerry can housing that could withstand rigorous pressure testing while maintaining the lightweight, durable characteristics essential for field deployment. Every unit is manufactured to precise specifications and undergoes thorough quality checks before leaving our facility.
The partnership required us to understand the critical nature of the product. When a water purifier is deployed in an emergency, failure is not an option. Our manufacturing process ensures consistent wall thickness, structural integrity, and a perfect fit for the internal filtration components.
