How It Works
Four steps to your product
Rotational moulding is a versatile, cost-effective process for creating extremely durable hollow plastic products of virtually any size or complexity.
Fill
Custom colour, density and melt flow material grades are select to match your products specification. Precisely measured polyethylene powder is loaded into the mould.
Cook
The mould is heated to between 220-350°C depending on the material grade while rotating simultaneously on two axes. The plastic melts and coats the inner surface evenly.
Cool
The mould is gradually cooled using air and water. The plastic solidifies uniformly with no residual stress, ensuring consistent wall thickness.
De-mould
The finished product is removed from the mould. The result: a hollow, seamless, extremely durable product ready for finishing and quality inspection.

But wait, we do more!
We have a CNC machine for precision cutting of your product, we can also provide the foam fill for products that require it and will arrange for new tools or collect tools from your existing supplier if you have them.
We can assemble to end-product ready for shipping direct to customers and of course you’d expect hand finishing. If you are looking for rapid prototyping or help with your CAD drawings, give us a shout and we’ll get this sorted for you too.
